“ Italian term "Trattoria" defines a place where you can find simple dishes, very well prepared in a cosy but not fancy place, and served quickly, becouse it is usually a place where workers have their meal (so if they have time it is better to spend it by savoring the food while having a nice chat than wait for your order to be served). This place is all of the above and more: for you have also the chance to taste some excellent dishes among the traditional regional recipes and have some equally excellent wines at a very fair price. Strongly recommended! ”
